Brits Job Tour Payment Schedule

(In Association with Momento Group, Hamilton.

Our "Preferred" Travel Agents)

 

To book your set of keys for one of the Brits Job Tours in 2025 requires depositing with our Preferred Travel Agent, Momento Travel, Hamilton. A fully refundable deposit of $1000 per person. ($1040 for Credit Card Deposits **)

If the tour does not proceed for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full (**Less Credit Card Fees). 

 

Once your tour is confirmed and we've received your acceptance to join the tour, your deposit becomes non-refundable, and your travel insurance policies need to be activated.

Outstanding balances for your tour are split in two instalments 

 

First:- 50% of remaining balance will be due 6 months from the tour date start and the Second & Final Payment is due 3 months before the tour starts. This payment will include any Currency Catch Up (see FAQs) any Upgrades or Attraction Add-ons you have purchased.

 

Other:- If you book after the final payment date of any tour start date you will be required to pay for the trip in full at the time of booking.

A receipt is issued once the tour is confirmed.  Following that, you will complete the Brits Job Tour Booking Form requesting customer details.

 

Direct deposit is our preferred method of payment.

NOTE: Credit Card payment incurs 3.75% surcharge (balance only)
